A few days before the event, our team arrives to inventory, organize, price, and professionally stage your items. Using a clean, boutique-style presentation approach, we transform the home into an inviting shopping environment designed to maximize results. Your estate sale is then fully managed by our experienced team over a 1–3 day period, typically on a weekend. We handle customer flow, pricing decisions, and all transactions from start to finish.
After the sale concludes, we provide a detailed transaction summary along with your settlement payment promptly. If requested, we can also coordinate donation pickups and complete removal of remaining items. The home is left empty, broom-swept, and ready for listing, closing, or its next chapter.
